You will not be charged until the installation is completed and the system is up and running to your satisfaction.

Coverage and Equipment

Yes, after 90 days of uninterrupted service, you can suspend your service for up to 6 months for a nominal fee. This will keep your account viable, insuring that your service can be reactivated.
