At Adept Internet Solutions, your provider of reliable internet services, it’s our pride to offer you a seamless online experience, and these terms outline our mutual obligations and responsibilities. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is an essential component of any agreement between Adept Internet Solutions and its customers for the provision of Adept Internet Solutions services. Please read and adhere to this AUP carefully, as it may be subject to revisions by Adept Internet Solutions periodically, as outlined below. Please review them carefully.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Adept Internet Solutions and its affiliates ("Adept Internet Solutions") have formulated this AUP to govern the use of its Adept Internet Solutions services ("Services"), aiming to uphold the integrity of its wireless broadband network and optimize service usage for all customers. This AUP is integral to the agreement between Adept Internet Solutions and its customers and is incorporated into Adept Internet Solutions' Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"), accessible below. Terms not defined herein are defined in the Terms of Service. By utilizing the Service or any equipment acquired or leased from Adept Internet Solutions ("Equipment"), you agree to abide by and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this AUP.
Prohibited Activities
To keep the network running smoothly and ensure fair usage for all, some activities are strictly prohibited:
1. Unlawful Usage
Engage in activities that are unlawful, including but not limited to actions that harm or interfere with Adept Internet Solutions’ network, or the networks of other providers.
- Damage, disable, or impair any Adept Internet Solutions property.
- Interfere with the use or enjoyment of services by others.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Publish threatening or offensive material.
- Commit spam or email abuse, pose security risks, or violate privacy.
2. Content Restrictions
- Store, post, transmit, or disseminate material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, hateful, obscene, indecent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Promote conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, civil liability, or violation of laws and regulations.
3. Junk E-mail
- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, telemarketing, promotional materials, or junk mail.
- Violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or any other laws governing email services.
- Consider any unsolicited commercial mail as spam, except when recipients have explicitly requested the information.
4. Fraudulent Activity
- Make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services.
- Participate in financial scams such as pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or chain letters.
- Employ techniques to hide or obscure the source of communication.
5. False Representation
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Falsely state or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.
- Create a false identity to mislead others.
6. Software Security
- Upload or transmit material containing viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, or other harmful code.
- Adept Internet Solutions monitors and protects against security risks to ensure customer safety.
7. Information Collection
- Store or collect non-public personal information about third parties without their consent.
8. Excessive Network Utilization
- Monitor network performance and individual resource consumption.
- Prevent disproportionate use that disrupts or degrades the network.
- Engage in reasonable network management, including limiting bandwidth during congestion.
9. Use Accountability
- Prohibit others from using the service for illegal or improper activities.
- Do not share or exploit service resources without Adept Internet Solutions’ consent.
- Ensure network configuration does not facilitate illegal or improper use.
- Safeguard managed Wi-Fi credentials and usage within your household.
Data Security Measures
It is your sole responsibility to establish adequate procedures and checkpoints tailored to meet your specific needs to ensure the accuracy of data input and output. Additionally, you must maintain an external method, separate from the Service, for reconstructing any lost data.
Consequences of Violation
Violating this AUP may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the offense. If your actions pose a risk to our network or violate laws, we may take immediate action without prior notice. We may do so, if your actions:
- Expose Adept Internet Solutions to sanctions, prosecution, civil action, or other liability.
- Cause harm to or interfere with the integrity or normal operations of Adept Internet Solutions’ network or interconnected networks.
- Interfere with another Adept Internet Solutions customer's use of the Service.
- Violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Otherwise present an imminent risk of harm to Adept Internet Solutions, or our customers.
In the Event of Service Termination
If your service is terminated, you'll be charged any applicable fees. We have the right to enforce all terms of this agreement, even if they haven't enforced them before.
Please Note: If Adept Internet Solutions lets you violate this agreement once, it doesn't mean they can't stop you from doing it again in the future. The same goes for Adept Internet Solutions waiting to take action against a violation. We can still take action later.
Violations
Adept Internet Solutions can (but doesn't have to) monitor your use of the service and take steps to stop you if they believe, in their judgment, you're violating this agreement, the Terms of Service, or the law. You're responsible for everything you send or receive using the service, and for anyone else who uses your account without your permission.
We encourage you to report any violations of this AUP so we can take appropriate action. If you see someone violating these terms, please report it to us If you can, include the IP address used, and the date and time of the violation.
We can take various actions if they find a violation, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Suspending your account
- Terminating your account
- Billing you for fees
- Taking legal action

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this AUP as needed. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of these updates.
